How to apply for a course

  • For information on availability of places and to obtain an application form, please contact the administrator(s) for the course(s) that you are interested in.

  • The West Midlands Deanery is UNABLE to assist with booking places on courses.

Attendance at a Basic Surgical Skills course is a requirement for all surgical trainees. It is strongly recommended that the course be undertaken as early as possible in their basic training.

The courses have been agreed on an intercollegiate basis and trainees who successfully complete the course will be issued with certification that will be reciprocally recognised by all four surgical colleges
