Highlight the managemenr and/or leadership roles that you have. Junior doctors can often find this difficult but think broad - you may have had management and/or leadership roles in e.g. extracurricular activities that you already undertake.

BAMMbino is a junior branch of the British Association of Medical Managers (BAMM) that was established by a group of junior doctors who wanted to create a network of groups that offer specific training in managerial and leadership skills.
