Applying for study leave and expenses

Study leave and expenses must be claimed via Accent Leave Manager

Information on Accent Leave Manager is available at Accent Leave Manager - Applying for study leave

There is a video guide on how to submit a study leave request via Accent on the website (you will need Learning Hub or OpenAthens Log in details to review the videos).

You must submit a request for study leave 6 weeks before of the date of the event. If you submit late, the system will prompt you to provide a reason as to why your leave is being submitted late and your application will be reviewed.

All study leave applications should include at the very least an estimate of expenses you expect to pay for the course/event. If/when your leave is approved, you can claim expenses by completing the “Reimbursement form – Lead Employer” form.

When completed, you can submit your claim form to Freshdesk.

Queries/ Issues: Any queries / issues regarding study leave should be submitted via Freshdesk.
