Patience graduated from the University of Leicester Medical School and later obtained a Masters in Medical Education at the University of Nottingham. She has a long experience in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education with research interests in interprofessional collaboration.
Her role as the Clinical Educational Lead involves working with the various Locality Leads to coordinate the training delivered by different stakeholders to ensure the objectives of the Enhance Programme are met.
