All re-banding of rota requests are required to be signed off by the Deanery before implementation can occur. We have reviewed and revised our processes to ensure requests are still dealt with comprehensively but now in a more timely manner; the guidance documents outline our new process and provides timelines for each stage. These can be found under the downloads section on this page.
Please ensure to move to these templates with immediate effect. If you are in the process of completing a current form, this will still be accepted up until Monday 21st May 2012, after this date requests will be returned to the Trust without being processed.
The email address to send requests to has now been changed to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is imperative that all requests go to this email and not to Dr David Bowden directly.
