Faculty of Leadership Educators

The Faculty is the heart of the East Midlands Leadership and Management Programme.  It comprises of local leaders and managers from across the region including Chief Executives, Medical Directors, Consultants, Nurses, General Practitioners and General Managers.  Through the faculty the East Midlands Leadership and Management Programme brings together a diverse group of people, striving to improve and provide high quality care to our patients across the healthcare system through effective leadership and management expertise.This committed network will share their professional and personal experiences to inspire your professional journey and pave the way for your leadership and management development.  

Faculty Goals

• Build a strong network of faculty members across the region to support the current and future workforce in developing leadership and management skills to meet the needs of our patients and communities
• Promote the value that all healthcare professionals can be leaders and managers
• Provide support to healthcare professionals involved in leadership and management roles
• Create a safe environment for leadership and management learning and development
