Effective interaction with teams and colleagues is an even greater  requirement of successful healthcare delivery post-Francis  This interactive workshop will explore how problems arise, and how to manage solutions.  Participants are asked to bring a scenario (experienced, anticipated or imagined) relating to a challenge with a colleague that requires sensitive handling. There will be an opportunity for participants to practice their scenario with a professional role player, and for the group to discuss the issue, the impact and the outcomes.
